Navalprabha was born in 1978 by a Jain family, the idea was conceptualized when our grandfather observed that the females spent a lot of time in the kitchen to put the family’s meals together, and thus lost out on their quality time. This thought was strengthened when the daughter of the Founder who was a doctor and settled in the United States, missed the traditional food. This led Shri Soni to find a solution to ease and quicken cooking processes without compromising on their families’ health. The product was too ahead of its time as Instant Mix was an alien concept back then. In the early 1990s, a major breakthrough came from an Export order when the second generation joined the business. Slowly Navalprabha has forayed into many new avenues on Health range such as Coated Cashews, Almonds and Pumpkin, Sunflower Seeds.
